What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Atome, and PayPal for online orders. American Express is currently not accepted.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
After checkout, you will see an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email at the address used for the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed or dispatched.
I am unable to log into my account, what do I do?
Use the password reset option on the login page. If the issue continues, contact customer service with your registered email address.
How do I use my voucher?
Enter your voucher code in the discount or promo code field during checkout, then apply it before completing payment.
Do I need to register my Samsonite product for warranty?
Keep your proof of purchase for warranty support. If product registration is available for your item, follow the instructions supplied with the product.
Are item added into my cart reserved?
Items in your cart are not reserved. Stock is confirmed only after your order is successfully placed.

I've placed my order but forgot to apply my voucher. What should I do?
Contact us quickly with your order number and voucher code. Voucher adjustments after order placement are subject to approval.

When will products be restocked?
Restock timing varies by product. Check the product page regularly or contact us with the item name for assistance.
Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

Why doesn't my voucher apply to my order?
Check the voucher expiry date, minimum spend, eligible products, and whether another promotion is already applied to the cart.
